About

I’m a Sociologist turned Designer turned Product Manager and UX Leader. I’m a big-picture thinker who can ensure a consistent vision across all means of communication while simultaneously managing the painstaking details, and leading a team. I thrive when I'm solving complicated problems with diverse teams and collaborating with designers to create seamless and stunning products and brands.

Art and design have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I took first place in an art show in the first grade, got kicked out of Art Club at the age of ten, and redeemed myself by the end of high school by acting as the Creative Director for the school's first Literary Arts Magazine.

In college, I studied Sociology because I wanted to help people and change the world. It wasn't long until I realized I could help people with my creativity. While working in the automotive industry and moonlighting at branding and advertising agencies I went back to school for a BFA in Communication Design.

My experience has helped me develop a wide variety of skills from user-centric design and research to strategic planning and Agile project management. Currently, I work as a Product Development Manager for a small company based in Boulder, Colorado.
